The Flow of Events

For this service to be of full benefit to our ummah, the following 3 components have to be in place & working together:

Part I: Organizations

1. enter events into muslim-calendar.com.
2. use event link to publicize the event to lists.
3. easily add/edit/correct information on muslim-calendar in case of changes to event.
4. add a mini-calendar to their website so visitors get a visual on events.

Part II: muslim-calendar.com

1. provide easy access for organizations to add/edit events to muslim-calendar.com.
2. publicize events on a weekly basis to email lists for each city, compiled by muslim-calendar admins.
3. publish events to local masajid and other publicity vehicles in each city once a week on fridays.
   The masajid can then announce these events and pass out fliers.
4. run an agressive publicity campaign for muslim-calendar.com to make it the central website for muslim events.

Part III: Individuals

1. subscribe to muslim-calendar for their city.
2. create and use personal calendars to integrate their schedule with the communities'.
3. word of mouth: tell others about the site.

All 3 parts have to be active at the same time for this model to work and for the muslim community
as a whole to benefit from this service.
