Before heading off to the beach in the afternoon, we spend our morning preparing foods for the basket. We meet with local chefs, moms and grandmas and get the goods on their best summer fare. What better way to spend the last days of summer after Ramadan! We explore the universality of flat breads and other regional tasty yummies. We represent! Nicely translated into school lunches, BTW. Who knows, parents? There may even be some leftovers for you. But, um, don't count on it!
